Bayanihan Linux Repository

This repository contains updates to the Bayanihan Linux Operating System version 4 (BANTAYOG).

Follow the instructions below in order to use this repository to update your BL4 system.

1. Go to Menu -> System -> Synaptic Package Manager
2. Enter your password when prompted and click Ok to continue.
3. Click Settings -> Repositories -> New and enter the following data:

   URI:		http://apt.bayanihan.gov.ph/bantayog
   Distribution:	stable
   Section(s):	main
   

4. Click Reload to check for updates. See note below.
5. Mark the packages (software) you want to install/upgrade by clicking on its name and selecting the appropriate option
6. Click Apply and confirm the prompt that appears by clicking the window's Apply button again.

Note: If you require a proxy to connect to the internet, go to Settings -> Preferences -> Network to set the proxy address and port.
